Hi My contract has the following paragraph:-
"your working hours are considered to be the normal working hours of the company, 8:00 am to 4:30 pmmonday to friday, plus such time as is necessary
to adequately fulfill your commitments to the company"
This sounds reasonable but no one can define what is an adequate length of time, I should point out that I am salaried and do not get paid overtime but still work extra hours, is this a proper contract or do I have a case for getting it changed?Thanks in advance
