I think i might know the reason for this, what appears to me to be elephants foot.
Its only happened since i started using the OSEQ plates.
So i am guessing the material is allowing the top of the plate to become hotter than the plate i was using. Therefore allowing the bottom layers to become more molten than usual as I am using the same settings.
They also grip better, in that, they needflexong to get model off after cooling. Whereas the old plate just releases mo

dels when cooled.
