I have a Wig 170 AC/DC welding power sourse. When it is powered on, there is no open circuit voltage at the output terminals. I measured on the power board where the IGBTs are mounted and the voltage is present there but not at the output. I suspect this may be due to incorrect wiring of the power board shown below. Thanks

The crimp on bottom left cable looking really bad.

Anyway this is a Jaeckle Wig 201AC/DC.

The welder is an Elektra Beckum WIG 170 AC/DC. I think the circuit board (PCB) wiring is wrong because I'm measuring 85V between the two long busbars under open-circuit

85V seems ok.

I don't know why the square bars don't show voltage if the two bars on the side mark the 85V

This will possible destroy the board.

I had previously changed a protection diode on the machine because the one it had was broken/split.

What caused the Problem?

There was a loose screw or a connector making a false contact, because I took out the circuit board and plugged it back in. Thank you very much for the help; it really served me well.
