i wondered if i was to aquire a metal supermarket shopping basket and place that into a plastic tub...would that work

its plated /chrome or something shiney....just thought the shape would be ideal

Don't see why not - I use a 'salad spinner' that seems to be chromium plated.

Well in my petrol tank thread the positive is conected to an old bar that was on milk trolly, same thing as what all trollys and baskets are.

It sure might need to be but it seems to be working for me with no aditional setup. Its what I had there without messing round. The thick bar I used was about 10mm, now after over a day and half its probably about 6mm. I would think a basket wouldent last that long unless it was used for the negative side.

Just a gess mind.

Ive just been on the link to electrolytic cleaning, wow, I,m going to have to build one of these in the near future.
Along with a mill, a windvane, coolant systems for lathe and saw, etc

does everyone else have more projects to build when you get time, than you have time to build them?
