Ive a pair of the original ones ,,, I like them ,,, but if you shop about theres a lot of them about now ,,, the one place they lack is that they are not very long if your cutting templates for cardboard aided design , and sometimes the cut out at the hinge end gets in the way ,,,, but all in all they are good.

I’ve got a set from Temu, not the best quality but they cut, can strip wire (obviously not as good as decent wire strippers but ok). Handy to have kicking around in a bag, but I would reach for snips before these if I have more than the odd cut in small ( less than 1.0mm) wire. Anything bigger and I use snips anyway, I guess they aren’t really meant as a replacement for snips

I've had the CK scissors for donkeys years, handy when you need them.

I have the CK ones, they are decent for the money, keep them for cutting copper or plastic, otherwise they will be ruined.
The cream of the crop are the Italian ones, made by intercable, cembre are a close second, I think Taiwanese, and I think there is a third Italian OEM company whose name escapes me.
All the other high end brands, such as beta, usag etc including the much hyped knipex are made by one of those companies if I recall. Then you have all the cheap Chinese clones
Very popular on the continent where they will use them instead of side cutters. Handy but for me they will never replace snips.

They are one tool that can do both, and are quite compact, while also have the ability to cut labels and stuff like that.
I use them extensively for data and control work. I prefer side cutters for electrical because I'm just more used to them and they are a bit beefier, again to strip and cut.
I don't have much use for dedicated strippers, although I would be tempted if I had a lot of quickwire modules to put in.
