nothing wrong with spuring of a socket circuit for a lighting circuit fitted with a 5 amp fuse done quite often in kitchen undercover lights and conservatory'sI have the end of a radial circuit (for normal 13 amp sockets) right next to the light switch. I am not in the shed now so cant remember the rating on the MCB for that line but it would be really easy to add a fused spur to that end of the radial to feed these lights! I am guessing thats not as ideal as running a new cable from the DB though? (it would be 5ft of cable vs 80ft or something like that! The radial is 4mm2 cable I think.
