I acquired this "almost but not quite finished" project a while ago, but there was no room in the garage to work on it until I sold the Sandrail. So now it's dragged out of the corner and hopefully going to be resurrected for the resident teenager to use.

Everything you see here is how it came except the X-type throttle pedal that I bought for, well, the throttle pedal. A while ago I also bought a 200A 72V Hungarian motor controller that I hope will do the job, bit of an unknown but seems to be well made https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200A-100...506053?hash=item2aa1c28445:g:aRkAAOSwOa9amBt4

This is the motor it came with https://www.evdrives.com/product_p/mot-me0708.htm

It also came with a selection of mostly dead batteries but i was able to resurrect 4 Optima's - they had been discharged for a long while so no idea how well they have been brought back, will see after a few full cycles.

Progress to be updated as and when.

erm well I do have another Jag shaped project incoming (I sold the SAAB so had room on the drive), a few electrical issues and bodywork with that one, probably a bit of rust - but that's another story.

Your X-Type thread was, for me, one of the highlights of the last year to read. I guess because I had one years back it appealed a bit more; but it was your utter and complete disregard for being beaten and the lengths you went to for a result that I admired most

I'm hoping for more of the same with the trike but I'm not a cruel person so I hope it's not as full-on as the Foguar was
