Electric orbital sander advice.

I'm looking at buying 125mm orbital electric 240v sander fir car bodywork . My Gmc orbital has given up on me in a puff of smoke. Advice and thoughts please.

Get one with decent extraction and use the mesh type discs (Mirka is the name I think).

I'm very impressed with my metabo 150mm. Should do a 125 too.

Yeah the mirka mesh discs are very good.

I like the Bosch GEX units. Effective at dust collection too, even when just using the dust bag/container.

Have you any cordless tools? Some makers eg Makita do a cordless sander & the bare unit isn't much more than the 240v version. Handy if you already have the batteries & charger!
