Electric mini grinder?

Not too sure what these things are called, but I'm looking for something like it, but electric powered. I only have a small compressor, which would barely run an air tool for a minute or more.

Is there anything like it that is 220v? I will use it for general small cleaning up weld and stuff in tight spaces.

Do they make mini flap discs, or sanding discs to suit?

Mini electric angle grinder?

They appear to be sized for 75mm diameter wheels / discs.

I have no experience of using one. They will always be more bulky than an air tool.

I have the exact same one above , I use it for cutting in small areas. It's not powerful but if you take it easy it does the job.

Sound exactly what I need. Just for polishing out hard to get to areas.

Not 100% it came with one grinding and one cut disc.

Just ordered one, plus I saw this attachment mentioned in a review, so ordered one too, looks like it will be just what I need for fine finishing etc.

Bought a Katsu three years ago. It has been a very handy tool, often for jobs where I would previously have used the Dremel. Position of the switch is not ideal, but I can put up with that. The collet might come in useful, but I have never needed it yet.

Well that was a bit of a disaster, the shank of the grinding set I ordered is 1/4"...
... but the collet size on the grinder is only 3mm.

Ten minutes on the lathe and a 1/4" cap screw was modified to fit the drilled out locking nut, and voila, a mini grinder that takes Roloc fittings.

Works very well too.

I've had one for a while. It's not used often, but well handy now n then.
I've used it with the mini size collet & bits in it for mini-die-grinder duty in tight spots & that's nice to have too.
Not a lot of oomph, so as has been said, let the tool spin, not force is the way to go.

Yes I have a katsu mini grinder too, only problem I had with it was the push in pin that locks the disk to undo it. The top and spring shot off it and I couldn't unlock it.
An easy fix for people like us wasn't long before it was working again. Sometime later tidying up I found the top and spring and managed to glue it all back together, still haven't put it back in yet, it's on my bench in the round tuit box!
