You could put a 400cc scooter engine in the buggy as the make hardly any din at all compared to most singles or twins etc

As for the buggy being electrified, make the battery cage so it can be rolled out and a new one rolled in for quick changes a bit like fork lifts in warehouses.

The other thing i was gonna say was, about ten years ago when I had the pleasure of working in a warehouse the forklift batts were known to produce hydrogen and occasionally exploded! Im not sure if new batterys are the same but be careful

its a dutton melos, 1600 crossflow engine, l have a 200bhp vtec engine for it when l can get round to it, maybe when l retire,
for now its got pushed upstairs in the hay barn, back of the queue that one

its my noddy car it makes me smile everytime l look at it,
just never summoned up enough bottle to drive round in a pink car yet
but one day

Get yourself a Barbie Girl. then trolling around in a pink car would be acceptable... Possible probs with your other half.

400cc scooter engine sounds interesting, are they automatic ? just looked on ebay but cant see one

buggy is a Tripple "E", 500cc two stroke as they come, so loud you wouldent want to be in the same county , wouldent mind a petrol engine for it scooter or v twin bike engine if it can be made quiet enough that way l could move the electric buggy idea over to a 2 seater which would be better so as l could show people how fast they can be, would need to be lithium batteries for a buggy as opposed to a crop sprayer which would be fine on golf buggy or deep cycle batteries

and yes thats what the prelude is for although it might get used in a rear engined buggy instead, my plans are always very fluid

yes jago jeep has been pushed to the back of the queue, along with the smart copy

Goddammit man, now I hate you! Or rather hate myself for not having such a palace!

Incidentally, my take on electric vehicles is that they will become mainstream when the national grid is adapted to cope with everyone charging their vehicles. Currently there's few countries which could cope with the demand, but there's interesting proposals, one of which is you 'tell' your car that you want it ready for the morning. So the grid uses your vehicle's battery (and others) to meet evening demand (Coro St and cups of tea) but charges it later in the night so it's ready for you in the morning.

Range and speed are rising with R&D but I fear my kids won't experience a V8 at full noise...

thirdly iv had a look online for burgman 400s and 650 silverwings but the engines sit around 500squid which i thinks alot for a little engine. and yepp fully auto from 250's upto the latest 800cc.

When i first got my fireblade way back in 2002 that had a stock exhaust and was great for flying everywhere at warp factor 9 with the old bill never taking a second glance until i stuck a race can on then got tugged every 30seconds

So i was thinking of either a honda cbr600f(steel chassis model) or cb500 twin with stock exhaust, or a bmw boxer even with a remus race can there really quiet compared to other cans about

really need to set a date to visit you too!

no not tried the pork baps, l must be out at work while the butchers is open, l will have to have a day off to see what l am missing

lol, 800cc scooters sound interesting, will peruse ebay and see whats about,
pick a nice dry day for you visit and we can take the micra engined buggy out for a thrash, l have just finished rebuilding it after reaching into my bag of driving talent and finding there was a hole in the bottom which led to the tree hugging incident
