You could put a 400cc scooter engine in the buggy as the make hardly any din at all compared to most singles or twins etc
As for the buggy being electrified, make the battery cage so it can be rolled out and a new one rolled in for quick changes a bit like fork lifts in warehouses.
The other thing i was gonna say was, about ten years ago when I had the pleasure of working in a warehouse the forklift batts were known to produce hydrogen and occasionally exploded! Im not sure if new batterys are the same but be careful

, wouldent mind a petrol engine for it scooter or v twin bike engine if it can be made quiet enough that way l could move the electric buggy idea over to a 2 seater which would be better so as l could show people how fast they can be, would need to be lithium batteries for a buggy as opposed to a crop sprayer which would be fine on golf buggy or deep cycle batteries
