It really doesn't, at all. Motor and battery efficiency doesn't drop much at all with high throttle to get up to speed. They're no different than an ICE being hoofed about in terms of the percentage change generally. Probably better because of the regen.1. But not if you want to go far AND fast. The range of an EV plummets if you use your right foot with any weight behind it.
Plus, to get a FAST Milk Float, you need to spend big. Very big.
