i have been given an eland mig 230, to which i had been told the pcb was faulty but otherwise worked fine. told i would need to source another board. anybody out there in the uk that can help in letting me know where i can get a pcb.

You're very unlikely to get a replacement board, now discontinued. Possible to have it repaired though.

thats what i was told. will get back to you in near future after quizing my son in law who gave it to me.

Good machines; worth spending a few quid on (assuming it's not been hammered & there's other problems with it)

my better half informs me that it was in the back of her sons van and fell over while in transit. faulty from there.said found that a componant on board had come off? have not had chance yet to quiz son in law any further as yet.

sorry for not getting back to you sooner. machine not at my address at present. are you willing to give me your e-mail address or would you rather keep contact on this site. will have to see how short term is panning out as to taking you up on possible repair option. i would be gratefull for repair but short on funds at present therefore holding back repair.
