Eland 200, also branded britweld, weldrite etc manual needed

Been trawling through the net/forum to find a manual with wiring diagram for my old eland 200, its the old type with the white panel down the left side , two power switches , anyone got alink to this ? just going to put new contactor in, no problem but always usefull to have a back up diagram.
found the 175 etc but just nothing on this 200 model. thanks in advance.Arther

Arthur, Like you I have an Eland 200 (project) and have had no luck sourcing a manual if you suceed please let me have details/copy happy to share costs.

Absolutely no problem, had one a couple years back, regretted selling it so glad to say got another , bought a 130 model of a member on here , thats staying as well. they are just cracking tool . You say yours is a project , is that in to rebuild or has a fault?

It needs a new feed mechanism at the least, apart from cleaning it I have not checked it over a member on here wanted rid of it so in the back of the car (with difficulty) and home to west wales.

wanted rid , well your gain no doubt , are you going to get a two roll drive if your going to replace ?

Good question plan is basic electrical checks careful inspection and repaint if all ok I might buy a 4 wheel unit to finish it off but bear in mind I am a welding novice and suffer from the disease of 'too many projects beyond life expectancy'

my advice would be what ever projects you decide to move on, dont let go of the eland , cracking tool as for projects beyond a lifetime think your not alone on this forum, in fact would make a good and interesting new thread.
