einhell conpact 140 arc welder

just been given the above too play with. Does anyone know this welder and can tell me what i got my hands on?

Been told its 30 years old. has writing in english french and german. it wieghs a bloody ton... the power goes from 36 to 140 amps.

THis is my first arc, have put about 30 rods through it, and beginning to get some half respectable welds out of it.

With no photo, I'm guessing it will be an AC air-cooled transformer type welder - a buzz box - much the same as ones sold today for £50 to £100, but maybe a bit better made and with a better duty cycle, that's to say, you can use it for longer before the thermal trip goes and you have to leave it to cool down.
