Pulled the drive rollers out of my gasless mig (powercraft 130) and to my surprise they are V- grooved rather than the knurled needless to say it seems to pick up the gasless wire with minimal tension set and never gives a feed problem.
Heck, I even ran some 1.0mm gas wire through on the 0.8mm roller and again fed with minmal tension. I'm hoping that I am having better luck with one of these cheapo mig units than other have had.
Also noticed how smaller other hobby mig parts are compared to my unit. E.G, SIP contact tips, shrouds and torches are much smaller...
Just pondering.
