Given the location I would say 100% plug in point for mobile dentist.To give context -

Most of the kids there are still on their milk teeth. Theyre only small (both the teeth, and the kids, i guess!)

i think they used to get paid per filling, we had all our teeth filled at the dodgy dentist in ilford back in the olden daysGiven the location I would say 100% plug in point for mobile dentist.
In the early 1970's we had a mobile dentist visit our village primary school every other year, the object of the visit was to ensure no tooth however pearly went unfilled.
