Effect of shroud sizes

Hi!

I got a couple of gas shrouds with my welder. With different opening diameters. I've used the smalest one and the biggest - but didn't realy notice any difference on sheet metal (0.8mm wire)... Except the smal nozzle filled much quicker with splatter and shorted out

So - what's it good for?

The smaller ones allow you to get into tight spaces e.g. inside corners.
