Monitors you mean? I just need one quick while I am in the van. I am needing to check my grandson's computer as it's not working. But the monitor I use from my laptop seems to only work with VGA and the TV does not work with HDMI from the laptop either. Yes it could be cable issues but it's a new one.
So I thought a cheap local working monitor might indicate what's going on.

You are welcome to borrow one with a cable for testing if you are anywhere near me.
I can post but the soonest you will get it is Tuesday.
If there is nothing on ebay near you then Facebook market place might be worth a look.
There is a nearest first search filter on there as well (but I can only seem to get it working when I am on wifi)

Is this the display when using Android, or I phone? I am using Android, but not seeing the same as your screen shot.

It's a bit strange.
I have my grandson's PC with me to fix. Just stopped working.
So I also have my laptop and a Dell 24 inch monitor.
The laptop works on the Dell monitor. So windows 10 is working with additional screens.
But ...this is where it gets strange.
I have 3 HDMI cables with me and neither the monitor or the 32 inch TV we have works with any HDMI cable
So I grabbed a Bush TV with HDMI port in it for a tenner.
THAT also does not work on laptop. Needless to say grandsons PC does not work on any of the 3 but does not have a VGA port to test with .
I can't believe all 3 cables and also all 3 screens have broken HDMI ports......but starting to get stumped now.

If your on an older phone that won't run newer OS it may be an older version of the app.

I am using a Samsung S5, and updates for the S5 did not go beyond version 6.0.1.
.I use the eBay app on the phone.
