This is getting beyond a joke, getting people to actually pay for the items they bid on and won? Now that it's effectively impossible for sellers to leave negative feedback, what are you supposed to do? Ebay still let people join with Hotmail accounts etc.
Am I the only sufferer around here? I sell computer parts and car parts mostly.
Oh and eBay's "buyer requirements" only allows you to block people who already in the negative. You can't block a Zero feedback new user who joined with a Hotmail account. Even if it's the 3rd time you relisted the item due to non-payers, each time you pay the relisting, all you ever get to claim back is the Final Value Fee - that works out at about half of what you have lost due to the non-payers, before wasted time is even considered
