Ebay new discount trick.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this:

At least half a dozen items I have viewed but not purchased, suddenly appear a couple of days later in my emails and at a discounted price.

Decided to test this out so Sunday afternoon I viewed some led nightlights, not something I want or have ever looked at before, they were listed at £3.99 and I opened and closed the listing twice and did not put a watch on them and then signed out of ebay.

Today in my AOL, the one my ebay is linked to, I get an email for the same lights with 15% discount.
Damn cookies, I bet ebay knows what I had for supper last night

hmm, mine was other way around LOL
watching some 7core cable and im sure the postage on it was listed at 5.95.
the last day of the auction for it, the postage was showing as 14.95

Worth it if it's sonething you do want but aren't in a rush for though

Yeah that thought crossed my mind and I will try it in future, I suspect though it will be some special opt in service for low value items sold by big time sellers.

I placed an order for a CU just after 2300 last night, free delivery expected wed-thu, doorbell goes at 0930 this morning to delivery it!

I heard this on the tv at some point. Got a lot. Of stuff in my watch list what I plan on buying in future and get a few emails with discount etc

No..I reckon if I wait a year or two they will eventually drop to £0 and throw in £10 for buying.
