Ebay , I got a refund

Well purchased a second hand item on ebay last year (september) pictures did not show damage , and repairs were not mentioned , although it worked I asked the seller for partial refund , he was nt happy, although he advertised as excellent condition , so I settled for a small refund , happy enough with that . So imagine my suprise when yesterrday out of the blue I got a full refund for the balance ! considering the filler he put in the wood work has fallen out and the cracked piece has fallen off I am not going to complain. But how has it taken 3 months after the case was supposedly closed back then ? I have nt been it touch at all . I am now expecting the seller to start throwing a tantrum...

I bought an all metal radiator on 24th Feb,
arrived Tuesday badly packed, so wrecked by Parcel Force.
Notified seller, bit of an argue, raise case with EBay, money back in my account today.

ISTR any payment dispute can still be taken up to 180 days, although the usual is 120 day or 30 days. So clear as mud.

Bought some acid brushes, advertised as 15mm wide, they turned out to be 3/8" wide! Received a full refund, but I wouldn't have bought them if I'd have known to start with.

ironically some what , its a stock for a o/u that I use to do a bit of clay target busting , it had more cast than most so was nearly a great fit ...actually bought yet another last month , guy said it has way more cast than normal , made a little offer and got it , Wow it is such a good fit you would think it was made for me ! so the one with filler is now actually a spare , so if he creates and is willing to cover postage back to italy it can go back. Rather bemused though as it was classed as closed last September . no complaint from me though. kerching

I bought an husky cylinder for k770 it was an earlier pattern intake.
Got refund
I've then bought three different intakes none was narrow port, well the seller despite sent it from the USA totally refund me despite I didn't agree with that because he sustained the shipping costs etc from the US

Then I've bought a fake Mitutoyo the seller disappear the item shown was a real Mitutoyo Digimatic Absolute AOS, ebay refund me.
Ordered a wrong armature on yesterday contacted the Seller who deleted the order and fully refund me
eBay it's a great platform unfortunately it's all about who meet over there
I've been enough lucky till now
