I'm trying to make an adaptor for some throttle bodies, the problem i've got is that they're sealed to the head in it's original application with the use of o-rings in the head. This means I haven't got a gasket to measure, or photocopy etc. The other problem comes from them having elliptical outlets, and I don't have a way of measuring this to input to CAD.

What's the best way of going about this? CMM? Faro arm? Is there a phone app sophisticated enough to measure it with the camera?
