So, I've done a vehicle restoration course which introduced me to welding. I've splashed out on a Sealey SuperMig170 now I'm looking to get stuck in.
I have a 29 year old car, which was my reason for wanting to weld. But at present there aren't any areas requiring my immediate attention since I had a lot of welding done last year - before I was ready to take it on myself. But MOT in June so I wouldn't be surprised if there turns out to be a few more bits.
In the meanwhile, does anyone know of any any good sites, youtube channels etc. for simple tutorials, or mini projects to experiment on. Just fun stuff, anything really. I'm just lacking a bit of inspiration to start dreaming up my own ideas.
I don't want to wait till June and end up 'practicing' on my pride and joy. I'd like to have a few hours under my belt before expecting to pass MOT standard first hit.
