I ordered a oven seal from E Spares.They assured that it would fit my oven,guess what no chance.I contacted their on line team and they said yes it is the correct item but, just in case, the stores people said they have picked the wrong item we will send a replacement.It came and did not fit.I now have a returns note saying that yes you can send the faulty item back will will only refund you if the returned item is not used and fit to be sold on.My question is,the only way you can try the item is by trying it.They have a win win.They must have loads of inferior items being sent out knowing,when you return the item they will find a excuss not to refund you.DO NOT BUY FROM E SPARES

My dealings with E Spares on several occasions have all been positive and I even done some guides for them to help others change/swap their faulty parts on their machines.

I think its Time to put your foot firmly down, they supplied incorrect parts despite your order and the web information been correct. If their web site is not showing the part they supplied, or the web information is not the part you require, how can it be your fauly opening the package to try and fit it and find out its the wrong part. Espares have always been good for me as well. I ordered an oven door seal and they sent the wrong one it was for the top oven not the big one for the bottom. I contacted them and they sent the bottom one and told me to keep the other. I had a universal seal from them for an oven we had previous and that did the job fine. I've also had electrical bits like carbon brushes from them with no problems.
