I have basically finished flatting my high build primer and other than a couple of small spots I have sanded through it is fine, problem I have is removal of all sanding dust before going any further, I nearly broke the vacuum last time as filters clogged massively with the paint dust. I don't want to use the blow gun as it just settles everywhere. What's best way to do it is washing the shell down an option with warm water or just use loads of panel wipe and rags.

i would go for the spirit wipe with tissue option followed by tack rag
Problem is with a wipe you'll never get all the dust out of the crooks and crannies. Maybe wipe it down first with a damp rag then blow gun out the crevices, then panel wipe and tack rag just before painting.

panel wipe and cheap microfiber rags + a gallon of upol slow degreaser (aka panel wipe)
get the micro fiber, fill a primer gun to the top with panel wipe, turn the fan to a spot and blast away like you would a power washer (start top to bottom)
it will wash all the dust down the shell and the micro fiber will take care of the rest. putting an old bedsheet down on the floor helps as most will land in this so just roll it back up and burn it or bin it.
my last car was wet sanded p800, washed straight away with a mix of fairy up and warm water (actually used a micro fiber sponge) and what was left after 3 days drying i used the slow degreaser and the gun to clean up. (also makes getting crap out of nooks and crannies easy and killing any hiding spiders/bugs in any seams)
if you do use water to wash down high build primer it must be soooo dry afterwards, its pours and will absorb moisture, which when summer rolls around again can lead to water blisters/micro blistering or complete paint failure.

I would avoid using washing up liquid as it contains lots of salts and other chemicals that can be left behind in the pours of the primer if not completely washed out. In winter the salts will absorb moisture and you will get micro blisters, I made that mistake once a long time ago, never again.
I use these in my workshop, the beauty of them is that you power it with your vacuum cleaner but you never have to change the bag in the vacuum cleaner.
The pipe from the centre of the lid goes to the cleaner and then there are two ports with slides to select or deselect them for connecting tools to or just to use as a cleaner.
The tub has a big filter in the lid and every time you empty the bin you take the lid outside and shake it, tap it, brush it clean and away you go again. I got mine at B & Q but Amazon have them and I guess others do to.

I bought one of the aldi ones on offer at £9.99 really impressed for the money and might even try it next time I sand anything as my mirka sanding block has connectors for a hose just never used it due to vacuum getting clogged with dust, probably be good for woodwork as well.

I bought one of the Aldi ones last year, at first I was impressed with it but I find that the cone filter clogs quite quickly. I had thought of modifying it to a cyclonic action by adding an internal shelf and altering the hose entry angle, I have not got around to experimenting with it though.
