you would be suprised how little tension is needed-my Gys runs very light on wire tension.Yes, release the tension. You don't want unnecessary tension on the wire. It just wears out the roller and tensioner.
that's the funny thing mate when I use the 0.6 it needs hardly any tension, but because the 0.8 and 0.9 are on the same side I think that's what makes it need that wee bit more. I ramped it right up just to see if that was the problem. I'll start easing it off until it stops working again and then find the sweet spot...
