Hey guys,
Over the coming weeks, I'm going to be carrying out some weld repairs on my engine bay and arches (not outer body panels)
I'll be using an epoxy primer base coat before applying my 2K paint.
This will be something that I'll be doing outside or in a shed (if I'm lucky)
* Is there a minimum temp I need to spray in?
* How long does Epoxy usually take to cure?
* I don't have a heat lamp but I do have a petrol shed heater should I try to use this where possible to assist with the cure?
* How essential is a heat lamp and how much quicker will it help it cure?
How long should I leave it before applying the topcoat?
I've read that epoxy primer is a nightmare to sand is it true or how do I sort lumps and bumps and the odd fly that I want to get rid of?
