Looks like I was right to mistrust cloud transfer programs. This is rated the best but look at the state of the actual reviews.. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/multcloud.com
Its two Large sets of files. Both use google drive share facility to give you access to the files after you purchase them. One is a mega Tshirt design bundle and the Other is a Plasma DXF files both are around 10 gigabytes. It has been a while since I have been involved with OneDrive, but I think you will find the personal version (which is what you are paying for), is not the same as the business version - which is an entirely different product based on sharepoint.
It isn't that you just get more features if you pay, it is entirely different technology - they just "brand" it the same.
Is this a one-off transfer of files, or is it going to be a regular thing? And how big are the files we are talking about?
Is there any sensitive personal information included in the data?
Yes but they are both using the same email address. I think the problem is the vendor gives me a download link where THEY store the 10gb files 8n Google drive. I can only get them to download after they are zipped. One of those is showing a screenshot of Microsoft One Drive, the Other is showing Google Drive.
These are different storage products by two different companies..
Yes I pay for Dropbox I have a terabyte.Do you want these transferred to a dropbox folder?
Do you pay for Dropbox? The free version is limited to only 2Gb of space.

I may have solved the problem in that I realised the files get zipped in a number of zips but then each has to be downloaded individually. In this case an hour later.
I am not sure how it decides the default location to save to.

And yes I need them transfered to Dropbox. I also want them on my main pc .
One of the issues I face is drop box has a m8nd of its own. I store large files that I simply don't want on the PC in my caravan. (It uses a metered connection) but despite me designating new files online only they seem to migrate to the caravan PC as well.
