a nice little job drilling and tapping a 4.0mm hole in some rod . pity i snapped the tap in the hole
only the second time ive snapped one in 45 years the good news was i got it out easy and started re tapping it with a spare , bad news is it wernt lined up right and parallell to start of with. just laziness realy as i had the rod in the lathe and could have started the thread off in the tailstock chuck
anyone one else don something they wished they hadnt
