6mm end mill in a pistol drill worked a treat. Set it to screw mode and wound the clutch right down so it couldnt grab and snap it and blunted all but the very tip. 10 mins later it broke through the drill bit, the clutch stopped it snapping the end mill. Then drill tap and helicoil and...
