Dressing a weld

If you have a weld you'd like to dress in an area that you cant get an angle grinder into, what's the best tool to use?

I was thinking of a die grinder, but just wanted to check before I wasted any money.

Right-angle die grinder would be my first choice. Then a Dremel if real tight.

If it's a car then the best tool would be a shutz gun .

The trick with that, in a lot of cases is to weld it nicely so it doesnt need dressing, or not to weld there in the first place... What/where is it?

Use one of these to dress welds where the grinder cant reach.
