Had to take more of the defender apart to replace the rear tub body cappings at the weekend.
Between the various sections was a kind of tape - it was certainly a tape, rather than a line of mastic stuff, as it was a uniform thickness, and only stuck to one side.
What should i get to replace this?
Im thinking common draft excluder tape is more like a foam sort of stuff that just wants to keep water there. This was more like, almost, a line of rubber?
Im really looking for something that i can just mail order - screwfix / tool station / ebay etc.
