In the photo you show, the wall below projects, which has made the balcony much easier in that particular place.
A straight wall makes it more expensive as more structural work required.

very impossible not knowing what steel work needed and materials doubling in price in the last 3 years. a lot of people have cancelled building work as its now out of there price rangeBit of an impossible question though.
just pay and get some drawings done then get proper quotes500 plus dormers...wow that's some going Gaz.I have built that many over the years and did start early in years dont ask i was on a roof at 13
i presume roofman started early like i did
so i cant give you a true number but im well over 500+
ive been burnt that many times and that includes being sat on the ridge slates burning everything
roofman knows what i mean tiles and slates get really hot and burn when you touch them not forgetting the dormer sauna and roof saunas
