Doosan welding apprenticeship

Hey guys new to this, just doing some research on different apprenticeship schemes in the uk. Seems doosan babcocks is one of the better ones. Anyone here able to help me out with a few questions ?

What's the pay like years 1-3?
What are the digs like?, kitchen etc..
Can you do overtime whilst an apprentice?
Typical work schedule upon completion?

Any other welding apprenticeships with decent starting pay/digs included?

I'm sure I'll have more questions and would be grateful for any help.

I've been invited to the assessment day so hopefully everything goes well. I have no experience welding, but it's something I'm interested in so hopefully they'll be happy to teach me from scratch. Thanks for your message.
