Another good one I could use is that one guy in the warehouse would load let drivers onto the bay and let let keep their keys. This posed a hazard as the driver could accelerate off the bay whilst being loaded by a fort truck. I confronted this guy and asked if he should be taking the drivers keys, and from that point on I have not seen him do this again.

Yeh definitely, babcocks are a good bunch to work for, I know a few guys at work welders and fitters, all good guys
