dont blame me

i said id re-do a bit of poor welding on my brothers Lambretta LI150S scooter frame. the guy who sold it to him is a "scooter expert" but obviously no welder, as he had "put a few strengthener welds on it" . So i got it home and the next day Bro' is ringing me asking how id got on. Well i had an excuse for not doing it as i had night classes that day, but i thought id better do it today. So i was grinding off the old welds today when i spied a weld going under the bottom of the frame. So i turns it over to see this mess of welds (see pic below). The very next thing i did is take a pic of it and send it to him, telling him that i definately didnt do this, before he blames me. There was no way i wanted to carry the can for that lot.

ps: the scooter is 40 years old and was one of those made under license in India, so the original welds are not exactly great in the first place.

I've lost count of the Lambrettas I've gritblasted over the last few years and those welds are some of the best I've seen
