This is my next project.
I'm not sure it will actually be used to move anywhere, probably just remain where it is but with two wheels attached rather than the current blocks supporting the other axle.
Anyway, Antonio has attempted to weld it before and says it is hard to weld. As usual here, there looks to have been no prep done and nowhere near enough amps:
I think actually it might not be so hard after a good clean up and bevelling. I'll see if it grinds like mild steel and if so I should be able to weld it without preheat and slow cooling, yes?
Antonio is away for a week, so I can't ask him if it's intended to go anywhere or just be decorative but I imagine the latter.
