Dog coat for a storage shape dog

Looking for a waterproof coat for the dog but nothing fits due to her looking like a fat hairy sausage. So any recommendations for some one who could make one?

But she is 500mm long but legs are about 50mm so nothing fits

Adapt an existing coat rather than make from scratch. Dry cleaners sometimes have a service for minor alterations - that is who I used to get Gorrilla sized overalls adapted for me

any dress maker ar alterations shop will do it , or pick up a cheap sewing machine , and start a whole new hobby , always handy to have a sewing machine about.

We get all our dog stuff from these, food, toys ect, they are much cheaper than Pets at home, we usually get a few freebies thrown in, even the bird food is quality, birds don't spit half of it out the feeder.

Have you tried a coat on the dog. If you put anything on one of ours it looks at you as if you’ve just insulted it. Her legs go stiff and she wont move, it would be funny if she wasnt so distressed/sacked off

Get a step in coat - easier to fit.
Don't bother trying to cover the legs.
Step in coats have a zip on the back and give more protection underneath.

Wont fit Dandies look like Dachsunds until you stand they side by side they are much stringer and more robust, would it be wrong to say she is built like a brick out house?

The Tail wont be wagging the dog, no coat no rolling in mud

They do a cracker for under £20 but it would have to be totally rebuilt as the proportions are all wrong
