Many if not most, modern metals have a degree of recycled metals in the melt. The better quality stuff has a much better controlled composition, that's all. The worst of China stuff is very badly controlled and has a higher amount of dross, even if it hits the composition requirements. We notice it with stainless pipes, China stuff starts corroding faster in aggressive environments than European stuff.No wonder some
car manufacturers won't use recycled metal in their cars.
And Drill..it grabs the bit and anything under 6mm it can snap the bit with no warningsA lot of bed frames, particularly Vono ones, were Re-rolled tram lines that were high manganese for wear resistance..it work hardens as well as horrible to weld.
