These need reporting to godaddy....they should know about it and boot them.

Its only your paypal details they are fishing for, when you click the PayPal button to make an order it takes you to a page that looks just like a paypal one but they are running it.
You put your paypal password in so they end up with all your paypal login details.

They then use your paypal account to buy iPads and other stuff that's easy to sell on for cash and hope the sellers of the items post them out before you notice your paypal account is being drained.

Generally, if something seems too good to be true it usually is.
