Just had the quote from the plasterer.
Sort the holes, sort the reveals, skim the room.

£400!!!!

I assume you can get a decent finish with a grinder and a flap wheel. So have a go with a float on a window reveal, small areas with repair plaster isnt difficult if you apply your mind. Watch a few videos, be patient. Have a go. Far cheaper than 400 quid.

But skimming isnt so easy.
