Discovery 4 radio reception problem

Discovery 4,
2012-2016 era..

No reception on any of the radio frequency.
No Fm, Mw, Lw or Dab.

Disconnected the battery for a while as I couldn't find a way to reset the radio.
When reconnecting the autostore did seem to find all the FM stations but there was no volume on any of them.
(Volume on cd/nav is working fine)
DAB just continually searching without picking anything up.

Subsequent FM searches does not pick anything up.

It looks like there are multiple antennas and amplifier fitted so it's hard to believe they have all failed?

No response from the "dab controller " via a mongoose cable. Can't find any other antenna modules to scan and no fault codes present.

Also, the reverse camera signal is intermittent - its switching/working but the picture is terrible/distorted.

I'm wondering if it might be a wet/wiring issue but does anyone know where to start looking?
Is there one location all these feeds run too?

The aerial is in the rear side windows iirc, it certainly is on freelander 2 of the same age, dab one side normal the other. Modules will be behind the boot side trims, often a fault on one MOST module will cause others not to work, so if dab module is dead it might have an effect on the radio module too. And the rear view cam will definitely be connected to the system somewhere so it knocks the nav off the screen when put in reverse

It has a little shark-fin antenna on the roof, I thought that was the dab but it might be the gps antenna?

There are antennas in the rear side windows, a quick look at the parts catalogue suggests they are fitted both sides and I'd think it's unlikely they have both failed?
Unless they swap the sides on LHD/RHD cars and I'm not reading the parts cat correctly?

The camera is switching on correctly when in reverse but the picture is badly distorted or scrolling.
Might just be that the camera is failing as well but I didn't know if there was a single location all the feeds ran to that might be sat in a puddle or something?

No sunroof on this one though and no signs of damp inside it...

Shark fin is GPS I think. It is on my fl2 anyway. Don't think my dad's d3 has the fin and it's not got GPS or dab

I think my D3 had GPS but no dab.
The D3 didn't have a sharkfin which is why I was presuming that's what the fin was on the D4

They had a slight issue with the shark fin on the current Discovery when it was initially built at Solihull before moving to Slovakia. All the lines had been modified and checked to accommodate it including cutting a 4" wide slot out of an underguard support to allow it to pass through, first body through and they found out someone had got the measurements wrong when the shark fin missed the gap and got damaged by the support.
