A piece of black electrical tape over the lights works.
there’s always one cowboy
just hook them up to the oil light and it will come on with start up and then go off

That’s what my neighbour did with his Mitsubishi, he used the charging light. The Mitsubishi garage couldn’t understand how he repaired it. ..... he didn’t tell them.there’s always one cowboy

That is a bit naughtyan older chap I worked with said he swapped a maf sensor over on a test drive of a brand new car he then limped the car back to the main dealer and said it’s playing up

either the abs shuttle valve or one of the wheel sensors, on mine it was the front offside wheel sensor but the bearing was on its way out so i replaced it and reset the ecu, all good,
i moved mine on pretty quick after that as it became a money pit,

I doubt you’ll find a LR forum where you’ll find out stuff you can’t find out on here though if you joined one you would probably have access to technical documents. So many of our members have them or have had them, there’s a wealth of knowledge on here.
i joined a few of the facebook groups that had plenty of guys willing to help....Obviously its not to be a patch on this forum but is there a decent landy forum with a technical lean towards these common issues and how to sort them. Also just remembered someone at work has an expensive code reader thin that covers the disco
Thats good to know. Used to have an mg zt260 V8 and the owners forum for those was awesome.
