Again I must ask the advice of the forum.
My 2007 Polo 1.4 Petrol has 185/60 R14 tyres.
It had 3 Michelin’s and one Kumho on it when I got it. Two Michelin’s wore out on the front quite quick so I ordered them in and had them fitted at Costco just over a year ago. They were Energy Saver Plus.
£100 which was pretty good. Pom was to replace the Kumho with a Michelin then have matching tyres all round.
My Kumho has perished and worn on the inside edge and one of the cracks gave out today over a speed bump. I’ve been trying everywhere this week to get another 185/60 R14 Michelin but apparently they’re discontinued in that size.
I’m being told £78 for a nexen at my great uncles place. I’m looking on black circles but don’t know what to go for.
I feel I should now replace both front tyres with a different brand so I’ve got the same two tyres (1 year old Michelin’s) on the back and the same two tyres on the front.
What should I go for?
I’ve always had Michelin’s.
