I'll say it again" Improvement leads to deterioration" on many levels. And you think a new system is going to be more secure?? It's actually getting easier to clone details that are held on "secure servers" than it's ever been. I have a paper card in my wallet that contains my details, think of the old paper driving licence and only myself and DVLA have that info, it can't be hacked, copied or cloned unless your fingers are in my pocket or DVLA give my details away, Now going digital opens up billions of gateways for my info to be copied so how does that make my personal details safer. Call me an old sceptical fool but sometimes technology takes a step backwards regarding making our lives better.

I have learnt a very valuable lesson over the last 5 years in this country of ours, anything that is rolled out for the benefit of the people is the exact opposite and only benefits the ones making the rules. We really need to wake up as a collective and think hard about the consequences of being steered in to pens "for our good"
