Just use it in drill mode seems to do the job.
I'm using the clutch on small woodscrews and drill mode on bigger screws.
But no concrete bolts.

Try looking on your Screwfix online account, mine shows everything I've bought in about the last 18months or so, plus they email receipts everytime too.

I'd just put it on drill and leave the clutch alone, and use it for drilling. Never bothered with the torque settings myself.

Get a naked impact driver for screws/small bolts that use the same batteries.

Might sound silly, but if you hold the chuck, on a torque setting, do you get the normal clicking sound?
