3 orders, one company.
All in the lock down.
First order arrived, but the parts were not as I ordered, but was "suitable replacements".
Took 8 emails, 5 days to get a agreed solution.
Second order.
Ordered on a Monday, for next day delivery. Nothing 12 emails, 46 no answered phone calls and then they sent the item out.
Third order. To use the "Credit note up" was placed via their web page, on monday. This is after they failed to answer the phone 15 times.
To find out that 25% of the order can not be found, thus we will refund you. No I said replace it with a suitable substitute item.
As yet no reply to the phone calls.
Their Email are claiming Covid 19 restrictions and lack of staff.
I will not be using them again.
Shame I cam not name and shame.
