At present I have the bulkhead pretty parallel to the b posts, but the door itself is hanging off the bulkhead at an angle.
The door works, but I can't see how I can get the door gaps to be parallel lines rather than wedge shapes.
I mean I can loosen off the door, lift it, and then tighten the screws again, but I cant see how I can really get things solid enough that it won't just settle to the same position again.
Is there some trick to this that I'm unaware of?
Tilting the bulkhead isn't the issue, as the a-post / door gap is triangular too (and again, the bulkhead is parallel to the b post) - what I need to do is slightly rotate the door - get it to hand straight out from the a post rather than hanging down at an angle.
I just don't see how I can get the frustrating a post captive nuts to not slip and the door tilt.
I mean I guess some hefty impact driver will crush the whole lot together but I can't think that's the normal way?
Thank you.
