need a spray grease that stays greasy after a while , most of the ones i have tried go on well and look like its going to work but turn hard in a short time

I use the spray chain lube as it stays tacky and greasy, give it a try great on hinge pins ect

I think there are lots of those products; any specific ones? Aerosol lithium ( I think mine is by "3in1") is a possibility; it has the advantage of being compatible with most polymers.

As previously mentioned chain lube sounds like it would meet the requirements of staying greasy, I use Rock Oil chain lube on the gears of my ML7 lathe, stays greasy and stays put quite well.
Wurth HHS 2000 if nice stuff, almost clear/colourless, penetrates well for a spray of it's type. If you don't mind the colour ACF-50/Corrosion Block could also be a good choice.
Many of the white grease and copper slip type sprays don't penetrate well just leaves a waxy mess wherever it is sprayed, useless for hinges and the like.

Alas Smith and Jones sketch?
I use ACF-50 on hinges etc. although I apply it via a small oil can rather than spraying (I don’t think I’ve actually used the aerosol version!). A little goes a long way, it penetrates, and it stays slippery for ages so it’s ideal for general automotive use.

You sure that’s not the 99p shop?Poundland spray grease does most general jobs pretty well in my experience. They also do 200ml lithium grease and silicon sprays.
