Unpopular opinion, but I would get some decent tubes and buy some electronic starters (like EFS600), you get some of the benefits of electronic start with the reliability of the old switch start units.
Even the high frequency fluorescent are becoming harder to find now and they were never as reliable.
Problem with LED is the LED's can be made very reliable, but a lot of manufacturers drive them too hard, and the driver circuitry can be quite crummy too, so they often just don't last as long as they claim.

So, with those starters, i keep my same old "dumb" ballasts, and just change the starter?
That seems like a nice easy option!
